Basic First Aid Training

Ang training nga ni nagahatag sa mga naga-intra sang mga kinahanglanon nga kaalam kag kahanas sa basic first aid para mapreparahan sila magresponde sa mga emerhensya, mag-asikaso sang madali, magsagop sang mga kabuhi, magsuporta ang ikaayong-lawas sang iban, kag makahulag sang madali kag maayo sa tion nga may mga emerhensya asta mag abot na ang mga propesyonal maghatag medical services (Iloilo City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, 2024). Dala ang muni nga training sa gusto sang syudad nga madugangan ang resilyensya kag ang pagbuliganay sang komunidad sa syudad (Iloilo City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, 2023).
This training equips the participants with necessary knowledge and skills on basic first aid to prepare them to respond in emergencies, provide immediate care, save lives, promote recovery, support others’ well-being, and to act swiftly and effectively during emergencies until professional medical services are available (Iloilo City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, 2024). This training is also in line with the city’s vision to increase both resilience and community engagement in the city (Iloilo City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, 2023).
