The Iloilo CDRRMO Operations Center or OpCen is manned by a few personnel from CDRRMO, BFP, ICPO, and POSMO. The mentioned personnel undertake routine activities such as hazard and situation monitoring and receiving calls through hotlines. Personnel from CDRRMO also translate warnings and alerts from warning agencies into updates and advisories to disseminate to the concerned agencies and the general public.

During the disaster phase, the Operations Center will be activated into an Emergency Operations Center (EOC). It will be the nerve center for disaster response caused by natural or human-induced hazards. Different response clusters are required to have a representative to continuously monitor the evolving situation during the activation of the EOC.
