Ang Iloilo City Emergency Responders (ICER), ginatawag man nga CDRRMO-EMS subong, ginbuo sang July 25, 2003 upod sa Iloilo City Crisis/Disaster Management Office. Ang responders ga bahala magresponde sa mga emerhensya sa dulunan sang syudad sang Iloilo.
Ang misyon sang CDRRMO-EMS/ICER’s amo ang maghatag sang indi atraso kag epektibo nga atipan pang medikal kag trauma, pagbuhin ang agwanta sang mga apektado, kag magsagup sang kabuhi paagi sa epektibo nga sistemang pangsyudad, upod sa public health kag public safety, parte sa emerhensyang medikal kag responde sa desgrasya.

The Iloilo City Emergency Responders (ICER), also called CDRRMO-EMS today, was established on July 25, 2003, together with the Iloilo City Crisis/Disaster Management Office. The responders are tasked to cater and respond to emergencies within the Iloilo City AOR (area of responsibility).
The CDRRMO-EMS/ICER’s mission is to provide timely and efficient medical and trauma care, reduce suffering, and save lives by administering an effective citywide coordinated system of quality emergency medical care and disaster medical response that integrates both public health and public safety.
